SYRACUSE -- When undefeated Christian Brothers Academy took on undefeated Baldwinsville, something had to give. It took almost all 60 minutes to find out which side would give first.
In the end the Bees were the ones to stay undefeated, beating CBA 30-28. Malik Burks ran for two touchdowns and Mark Stanard kicked two timely field goals to help the Bees to victory.
The loss was especially sour for the Brothers. They dedicated their new field prior to Friday night's kickoff.
Baldwinsville looks to continue their perfect season against Liverpool next week, while CBA looks to get back on track next week against Cicero-North Syracuse.
