There's been no shortage of adversity thrown at the Liverpool football team over the past couple seasons. From not having a football field at its high school for 2 seasons now, to having to forfeit games in 2008, to the way they lost in the 2008 Section III final four, certainly it would figure if the Warriors had a rough season.
However, that couldn't be further from the case. The Warriors are enjoying a 5-1 season, heading into their finale with the arch-rival C-NS Northstars. If you ask the team, from players to coaches, they agree the adversity has helped this team come together and be closer than they would in a normal season.
