In the absence of Mike Williams against Akron, CBA grad Marcus Sales was asked to carry a bit more of the workload for the wideouts. And did he ever come through. Sales caught a career high 6 passes for 61 yards while catching a touchdown pass from fellow CBA alum Greg Paulus.
Sales, in his typical humble ways, passed praise onto teammates like Paulus and the blocking of Alec Lemon. But Orange fans know that Sales continues to come into his own and will continue to be an exciting player to watch throughout his Orange career.
