Despite 33-point Game 1 drubbing, Knicks remain upbeat for tonight's Game 2

MIAMI (AP) - They lost a game, lost a guard and might be without a flu-ridden center. That's apparently not enough to bring down the New York Knicks.

At practice Sunday, the Knicks mocked coach Mike Woodson for his lack of flexibility during stretching, then broke into groups for a halfcourt shooting contest.

Maybe the light mood was needed to get over Saturday, when the Heat won easily and the Knicks lost guard Iman Shumpert for 6-8 months because of a left knee injury.

The Knicks will scramble to fill Shumpert's minutes, but Jeremy Lin is not yet in those plans. Once the sensation of this NBA season, Lin is also recovering from knee surgery and will not play in Game 2 on Monday night in Miami - probably not anytime soon, either.
