Lopez Lomong has qualified for the Medal Race in the Men's 5000 meter run.

Lomong finished in 4th place in this morning's heat race, and the top 5 runners advanced to the final.

Lomong's 4th place run was at a time of 13:26.16 which was just over a tenth of a second behind 3rd place runner Mo Farah of Great Britain.

You can watch Lomong qualify between 1:15 pm and 2:00 p.m. only on NBC-3

He'll run for the gold medal on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
