Tractor trailer rolls over on I90 at the Carrier Circle Exit, blocking the on-ramp.

SYRACUSE -- A tractor trailer rolls over on the New York State Thruway around 12:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Carrier Circle exit.
The trailer is laying across the road, blocking the on ramp at Exit 35 on I-90. Crews are using a rig to try and pull the trailer upright.
Traffic is moving slowly going eastbound. There are no traffic disruptions on the highway.
There is no word yet whether there were any injuries.
