SYRACUSE -- The Syracuse Crunch took a 2-0 lead into the third period against the Albany Devils at the War Memorial on Saturday night, but a four goal final period by the Devils brought them a 4-3 victory in enemy territory.

After a scoreless first period, Vladislav Namestnikov got the scoring started with a goal less than two minutes into the second period. Tyler Johnson notched one of his own with time winding down in the second, but the Crunch defense could not hold back the Devils in the third period.

The Crunch are back in action on Sunday, as they go on the road against the Adirondack Phantoms. They play five games on the road before returning to Syracuse on February 20th for a game with the Toronto Marlies.
