A Moravia man was arrested in Homer on Friday, on methamphetamine-related charges.
Cortland Sheriff's Deputies say Richard Casterline III, 36, from Route 41A in Moravia, faces two counts of criminal sale, and also reportedly had a quantity of the drug in his car. Casterline also faces unlicensed operation charges. He is being held, with no bail, in the Cortland County Jail.
