The Syracuse Orange Football program can now claim two more of its own are Super Bowl champions.
The Baltimore Ravens employ defensive specialists Arthur Jones (Union-Endicott, NY) and Jameel McClain and those two now, will have some new rings to wear.
Jones recorded two tackles but one of them was a sack, and he also recovered a fumble in the first quarter that stopped a San Francisco drive and led to a Ravens score.
The Ravens topped the 49ers 34-31 to win Super Bowl XLII in a wild game that featured a kickoff return for a score, a safety, a 20-point comeback, and oh yeah, a 30 minute power outage.
