John Simone, from the Syracuse Chiefs, says they are looking forward the new season and the big changes going on at the ballpark.  Simone says they are excited about  their new affiliation with the Washington Nationals and says they will be keeping their familiar name, the Chiefs, which has been around since 1934.
SYRACUSE --
He says this will be a new organization with new people from the manager to the trainer to many new players.

On Friday, January 16, the Chiefs will be hosting their 48th annual 'Hot Stove' Dinner at the Holiday Inn in Liverpool.  Many of the Washington Nationals people will be in town for the event and it will be a chance for the fans to get their first interaction with the new, major league affiliate.
