The OCC Womens basketball team rolled pasted Cayuga CC 83-51 Sunday, earning a trip to the program's 2nd straight NJCAA National Championships. Bishop Ludden grad Molly Byrne scored 29 points, dished out 8 assists and recorded 7 rebounds which earned her tournament MVP honors. Phoenix alum Jenna Rossi scored 23 in the victory and she was named to the All-Tournament team along with point guard Brittany Cohen.
The National Championships are played in Rochester, Minnesota March 11-13, and OCC, who is ranked #1 in the country figures to have a great shot to bring home a title to Central New York. Click the video icon for the full story.
