GLENS FALLS -- Jamesville-DeWitt is one game away from its second State Federation Championship in three seasons.
The three-time defending New York State champions knocked off Bedford Academy 68-54 in the Federation semifinal Friday night, earning the right to play Buffalo Nichols for all the marbles.
DaJaun Coleman made history with a Federation record 31 rebounds to go along with 23 points in the win. Senior Lamar Kearse scored 23 as well.
The game with Buffalo Nichols is set for 7:30 Saturday night.
Meanwhile, Westhill High School fell to Queens High School of Teaching by 6. The Warriors enjoyed a marvelous season, and are still New York State Champions.
