We've all seen the ceremonies at F-M High School, honoring the Girls Cross Country team as National Champions, now that dominance has spread to Track & Field. The team posted a U.S. High School record with a time of 8:46.98 in the 4x800 meter relay. The race was close, but Molly Malone blazed her way down the home stretch leading the Hornets to victory over Garden City.

It was sweet revenge for F-M, who lost to Garden City at the State Championships last week. The relay team consists of Malone, Mackenzie Carter, Hannah Luber, and Katie Sischo.

Congratulations to the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets on bringing home a National Title to Central New York!
