For the 2nd year in a row Cicero-North Syracuse basketball star Breanna Stewart is helping Team USA win a gold medal in the FIBA Under-17 girls basketball championships. Team USA is on a roll again in 2010, beating Turkey 84-55. Stewart who 6'3" will be a junior next school year, scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in the win. If the red, white, and blue can keep the wins coming, they'll play for their 2nd straight World Championship on Sunday.
