Cazenovia dominated from beginning to end en route to a 4-0 Class B, state semifinal win over Briarcliff.

Jillian Vogl led the way for the Lakers with two first half goals.

Cazenovia dominated from beginning to end, scoring a goal in the game's first and final five minutes of the game.

"I'm just so happy for the girls," says Cazenovia head coach Lorraine Scheftic. "They've been working so hard. They've been thinking about this, for the last four years we've been to regionals and we've never been able to get over that hump."

The Lakers will go for a state championship Saturday against Pierson Bridgehampton. The game starts at 10 A.M. at C-NS.
