The # 4 Orange basketball team has won their first 15 games of the season surrounded by Orange fans. 13 have been won at the Carrier Dome, while the other two were won in front of a very Orange friendly Atlantic City crowd. Their first "true" road test will be this Saturday at noon against Seton Hall, but Head Coach Jim Boeheim doesn't think they'll skip a beat.
"We've been on the road, we've played games on the road," says Boeheim, "the four guys who are in there starting for us have played a number of road games during their career, and we'll be ready to play."
I love road games to be honest," proclaimed SU Sophomore forward James Southerland, "because, you know, it's different. It's a different atmosphere too, I feel like no matter where we go we're always gonna have a decent fan base, and we're just always ready to roll."
"We like playing on the road and having our backs against the wall," says SU Junior forward Kris Joeseph, "Seton Hall is a respectable team in the Big East, just like everyone else is, and we're excited for it, we're ready."
