F-M uses 2nd half surge to down Corcoran

It was a tie ball game at halftime, but the next 24 minutes belonged to Ryan Simmons and the F-M Hornets.

Simmons scored three of his five goals in the 2nd half, and Fayetteville-Manlius beat Corcoran 11-4 at Corcoran Stadium Tuesday night.

The Hornets also were solid in net, as Stefan Basile stopped 12 Corcoran shots on the night.

Also in Class "A" Baldwinsville took out Central Square 13-7 on Tuesday, Luke Evans scored three goals while Billy Rumble dished out four assists.
