A match-up between two of the best teams in Section III did not disappoint Thursday night at Alibrandi Stadium.
Skaneateles took a 7 goal lead in the second half, but the Brothers started a valiant comeback with a 6-1 run. The comeback fell just short though, as the Lakers were able to hold on for the two goal victory.
Shelby McNeilly led the way for Skaneateles with 4 goals. Taylor Poplawski paced the Brothers with 3 goals and an assist.
The Lakers improve to 11-5, while CBA falls to 13-3.
