SU quarterback recruit Ashton Broyld has reportedly backed out of a plea deal arranged by his attorney.

Broyld was charged with public lewdness after a playoff basketball game in March, where he allegedly pulled down his pants and made rude gestures at the fans of the opposition.

According to the Henrietta Post, Broyld had accepted a plea deal
arranged by his attorney, Afoh-Manin, to bring the charge to disorderly conduct. The deal would have seen Broyld serve 80 hours of community service and pay a fine for his behavior.

But later o
n, Broyld backed out of the plea in court, prompting the judge to adjourn the case until the end of the month to allow Broyld, his attorney and the district attorney's office to get on the same page.
