C-NS Star Breanna Stewart and Team U.S.A. Remained undefeated at the FIBA U19 World Championship for Women in Chile on Friday with a 76-53 win over Russia in a Preliminary Round matchup. Stewart only played 14 minutes in the game, but managed 14 points and 3 rebounds in the victory.
Team U.S.A. Improves to 2-0 in the tournament after beating Japan in their opening game on Thursday, a game where Stewart played 24 minutes and scored 13 points and 13 rebounds.
The tournament continues for team U.S.A. tomorrow morning when they take on Argentina.
