The NASCAR main event this weekend may not take place until Sunday's Heluva Good Sour Cream Dips at the Glen, but the thunder at the Glen heated up on Friday.
It all started in last Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race in Pocono. Johnson took exception to the way Busch was racing with him and confronted him after the race was over. Whatever was said, instead of resolving the problem, it escalated things. In fact, here's NASCAR.com's take on the matter.
Busch finished 3rd, Johnson checked in with a 4th place finish.
