It's finally here..
No, not the month of September and the chillier temperatures that come with it; it's time for SU Football season.
The Orange opens the 2011 campaign against a BCS team in Wake Forest out of the ACC. The Demon Deacons are coming of a tough 3-9 campaign, but is just 5 years removed from a BCS appearance (2006 Orange Bowl loss to Louisville).
We've been previewing the game on SU's side of things (and rightfully so) for a while now, but check out this video and interview clip from our CBS affiliate WFMY in Winston-Salem, NC. We also included SU players talking about Wake in the video to start.
The Deacs seem to respect the Orange and the wild crowd that can fill the Carrier Dome with noise.
Vegas oddsmakers favor SU to win by 7 points.
