SYRACUSE -- Syracuse University’s move to the Atlantic Coast Conference has many wondering if the Carrier Dome will continue to sell beer at games.

The NCAA leaves it up to schools to decide whether or not to sell alcohol during regular-season games, as does the Big East and the ACC.

Many people have asked if beer sales would continue after moving to the ACC. Brian Zilles, who manages concessions at the Carrier Dome, told The Post-Standard of Syracuse that he hasn't heard otherwise.

The Carrie Dome has been an exception to the norm, selling beer during games, since it opened at Syracuse University in 1980. Only a handful of other colleges sell beer and many only serve alcohol at off-campus venues.

Would you be upset if the Carrier Dome stopped selling beer at games? Tell us why below.
