The bad news piled on for the SU football team Tuesday, as if a four game losing streak wasn't difficult enough to deal with, the Orange learned running back Adonis Ameen-Moore would be out for the season.

Moore, according to SU Athletics, suffered what's being called an "upper-body injury" at practice on November 17th and will undergo surgery December 2nd to remedy the issue.

Moore showed flashes of potential as a true freshman this year, the 5'11" 240 pound bulldozing running back gained 40 yards on 12 carries, seeing significat action against Tulane and West Virginia.

He's the second running back to be lost for the year, as sophomore Prince-Tyson Gulley suffered a season ending injury after the Toledo game.
