(AP) -- ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - For all the buzz he's generated, Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow's presence couldn't prevent the Buffalo Bills home game against Denver on Saturday from being blacked out on local television.

The Bills announced Wednesday they still had about 24,000 tickets left for their final home game of the season. Buffalo closes its season having its last three home games blacked out.

The team has traditionally had difficulty selling out games past Thanksgiving. And it doesn't help that the Bills (5-9) are in the midst of a seven-game skid that's knocked them out of playoff contention.

The Bills also had three home games blacked out last season.

The Broncos (8-6) control their own destiny in their bid to clinch the team's first playoff berth since 2005.
