It's a fitness program typically used by those who need to be in the best shape possible to perform their jobs. Heroes like police officers, firefighters, and those in the military use Cross-Fit to keep in optimal physical shape. But at Sports Center-481 the local Crosse Fit team called "Cross-Fit Dewitt" is proving that the grueling workout can be accomplished by all.

The incredible workouts certainly can't be mastered overnight, but in time, co-owners Tex Hamilton and Joe Commisso say anyone with the desire to do so can become a Cross-Fit Master.

Evidence of this, is Sheila Barden. She's only been working out with Cross-Fit for 4 months yet at a competition featuring teams from across the state last Saturday, she won her event.

Watch the video, and tell us, would you consider Cross-Fit to get in shape. In order to get in shape for the summer, the winter months are the best time to get started.
