Former SU basketball star Kris Joseph has pulled out of this weekend's NBA Draft Combine in New Jersey, according to the New York Post. The event is being hosted by the Brooklyn Nets, and is taking place at the PNY Center in East Rutherford, N.J.
Joseph was supposed to be one of 44 players taking part in the combine, an opportunity to be observed by NBA scouts from 30 different NBA teams. The players will take part in skill competitions and in a five on five scrimmage. There is no immediate known reason why Joseph would pull himself out of the event.
