Game Four of the American League Championship Series was postponed on Wednesday night because of bad weather in Detroit, but that wasn't the main reason why Alex Rodriguez wasn't playing. A-Rod was left off the game four roster along with Curtis Granderson, the third time Rodriguez has been benched in the playoffs this year, and he's not happy about it according to FoxNews.com.

"Obviously, you come to the ballpark feeling you can help the team win," says A-Rod, "when you see your name is not in the lineup, it's obviously disappointing. You've got to accept being a cheerleader and also make sure that you're ready when you're number's called."

Rodriguez is 3 for 23 in the playoffs, and the Yankees are trailing the best of seven ALCS three games to none. And while the Yankees and Tigers will finally get going again on Thursday at 4 PM, Rodriguez says he remains confident. "Any time I'm in any lineup, I think that lineup is better and has a better chance to win. ... Anytime I'm in the box, the game can change, and everyone knows that."
