From five down to one, Section III's final chance at a state championship in football now rests on Joe Casamento's CBA squad.

The Section III champions in Class A through D (Nottingham, Cazenovia, Skaneateles, and Sandy Creek) all fell over the weekend.

However, CBA had little trouble dispatching Binghamton on Saturday night 31-7 at East Syracuse-Minoa High School.

The Brothers were glad to have DeShawn Salter back in the lineup after he missed the Section III title game with an injury, as he scored twice and rushed for 97 yards in the victory.

CBA now meets Orchard Park in the Section III semifinals, that game is next weekend at Sahlen's Stadium in Rochester.
