Andy Rautins has been as busy as he's ever been over the past month or so, working out for 14 NBA teams, looking to draw some last minute interest heading towards this Thursday's NBA Draft. The experts say Andy could be picked anywhere from #20 to 45, but Andy isn't going to over think things at this point. He's just comfortable with the fact that he's put in his work, and he'll "let the chips fall where they may."
"I had a good showing everywhere I went," says Rautins, "for the most part the workouts have been pretty intense. It's a lot of one on one and three on three, obviously you get your shot but they want to see you compete."
Rautins was supposed to work out with New Jersey Wednesday, but told CNY Central that he may sit that out with a sore ankle. He plans on following the draft back in Syracuse with his family on Thursday night.
"I came from and being an underrated guard coming into Syracuse, so being in this position is certainly special for me and it lets me know how hard I've worked and all the people in my life who've helped me get where I am today."
