Sundays was Paws for Pucks at the Syracuse Crunch's game with the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins, meaning for $5 fans could bring their dog to the game.

The stage area was filled with all sorts of different dogs, from Mastiffs, to Labs, to dachshunds to yorkies, it was a day for the dogs at the Crunch.

Wayne Mahar with his therapy dog-in training Rudy were on hand, Jack the Sports Dog and I joined Wayne on the ice during the first intermission.

The event benefitted local shelters along with the Priscilla Mahar Animal Welfare Foundation.
