After sharing the top spot with Virginia in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse Poll last week, the Orange men's victory over the Cavaliers has made SU the sole number one in the land.
SU beat the Cavaliers in a thriller of game Friday night at the Dome. The Orange won 12-10, behind a career-high 5 goals by attackman Tim Desko.
The Cavaliers drop to #2 in the poll.
SU is in action again Saturday against #20 Georgetown in the Face-Off Classic in Baltimore.
