WASHINGTON, DC -- Syracuse fans won’t like this. At the White House Wednesday, President Obama took part in what has become an annual tradition. He filled out a NCAA Tournament bracket with ESPN. Orange fans will not be happy with one of The President's choices. He has the Orange advancing to the Sweet 16, but not making it to any more games. "I Like North Carolina," The President said.
