HARTFORD, CT -- Syracuse has been selected for one of College Basketball’s most fun events again.
The Orange, ranked in the top five in most media polls right now, will be playing an ESPN College Gameday game again.
This year it won’t be played at the Carrier Dome but in Hartford instead. For the first time, the SU-UCONN rivalry will be featured.
The game will be played Saturday, February 25th at 9:00 pm. The Gameday crew features Rece Davis, Digger Phelps, Jay Bilas, Bob Knight, Hubert Davis and Dick Vitale.
Two years ago Gameday visited the Carrier Dome for the SU-Villanova creating a sold out crowd more than 34,000 strong and launching SU to a #1 ranking.
