Colgate rolls past Fordham

HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) - Nate Eachus ran for a season-high 217 yards and scored once to lead Colgate past Fordham 38-14 on Saturday.

The Raiders (2-3) scored three times in the second half to go up by 31, 38-7, in their fourth straight win over Fordham.

The Raiders outscored Fordham 31-7 to break a 7-7 tie in the second quarter.

Eachus, who also caught three passes for 39 yards, has 4,200 yards rushing in his career, which ranks third all-time at Colgate.

Gavin McCarney completed 11 of 18 passes for 157 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for 71 yards and two scores for the Raiders.

Fordham's Langston Lacroix found the end zone on a 4-yard late in the fourth quarter for the final margin. Lacroix finished with 72 yards on 14 carries for the Rams (1-3).
