SYRACUSE -- A sports web site called Rivals.com reports today that Illinois offensive coordinator Mike Locksley was in Syracuse yesterday interviewing for the head coaching job for Syracuse University football. Coach Robinson was told November 17th  by SU Athletic Director Darryl Gross that he would not be returning as head coach next year.

Rivals.com reports that the 38-year-old Locksley has been offensive coordinator for Illinois since 2005.
