The Baldwinsville Bees got their season off to a good start with a 19-13 win over Christian Brothers Academy.

The scoring was early and often for both teams. The game was tied 6-6 at the end of the first quarter. Then Bees attackman Billy Ward scored two goals near the end of the quarter to give B'ville a two goal advantage heading into the second half. The Bees would cruise from there.

Ward finsihed with 5 goals and 3 assists. Evan States scored 3 goals and dished out a staggering 7 assists.
