Syracuse Football is receiving votes in both major national polls.

A look at the polls shows Syracuse with 8 votes in the Associated Press Poll and 3 in the Coaches Poll. If you factor  those votes in the Orange checks in at 29th in the AP Poll and 36th in the Coaches Poll. Those votes have SU as the highest rated, technically speaking, Big East team and with more votes than schools like Texas and  Florida.

Syracuse's next game is on Saturday at Cincinnati. The game is at noon at Nippert Stadium and will be televised on ESPNU.
