The Carrier Dome was filled with wide eyes on Monday morning as coaches for three Section III semifinal winners and select players got a tour of the Dome prior to the annual Championship luncheon. Five Sectional title game will be played at the Dome this coming Friday and Saturday from Class AA through D, and players who grew up watching the Orange play at the Carrier Dome will now have the thrill of playing on it themselves. And it's not only the players who got a thrill out of Monday's Dome preview.

"My first time here was 28 years ago," recalls Baldwinsville head coach Carl Sanfilippo, "it's the same feeling, the same chills, the same everything. Actually the kids are the same as they were 28 years ago, they just have different names."

"I'm so old, here's what I like, I know I'm not gonna be wet or cold," joked CBA Head Coach Joe Casamento, "that's a big thing for me, but it's always exciting to be here . As you know we have four players playing for Syrcause, so we feel connected to the University right here. It's always a joy to be in the Dome."

"I has the opportunity to play (at the Carrier Dome) as a freshman," says Nottingham head coach Nick Patterson, "I was at Corcoran, I won the first sectional title at Corcoran in history, and I played right here as well, so it's exciting to get back."

"it's always nice to mae it back here," says Cazenovia Head Coach Tom Neidl, "and for most of these kids it's the first time that they've played in the Dome."
