If you asked anyone during the 2012 Big East Championship season for Syracuse Football, they probably would have conceded that Charley Loeb was the heir apparent to Ryan Nassib.
And why not? He's a 5th year senior in 2013 and while it's limited, he's the only candidate with actual game experience (4-6 passing for 41 yards to go along with a couple rushes).

The Louisville coach followed through Friday on his promise to get a tattoo if the Cardinals won the NCAA championship, adorning his left shoulder blade with the school's old-English `L' emblem in red. He got it done at Tattoo Salvation, a parlor east of campus, and the emblem is perpendicularly surrounded by the words `2013 NCAA champions, 35-5.'
