Agriculture futures trade mostly higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Agriculture futures mostly higher early Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery jumped 13.75 cent to $5.655 a bushel; December corn added 6.25 cents to $4.0975 a bushel; and November soybeans rose 9.5 cents to $10.15 a bushel. December oats were unchanged at $2.6425 a bushel.

In other trading, livestock futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle added 0.18 cent to 87.55 cents a pound; November feeder cattle dropped 0.35 cent to 96.05 cents a pound; December lean hogs fell 0.32 cent to 53.40 cents a pound; and February pork bellies traded 3 cents higher to 86.50 cents a pound.
