Syracuse's 2010 Great Chicken Wing Festival is off and running at the Inner Harbour, and on Friday night some members of the local media put their mouths on the line to be judges in the "Hottest Wing Contest". Chicken wing vendors for across Central New York went all out to create the festival's hottest wing, and for some of the judges it was an "out of body experience". John Evenson and Niko Tamurian from CNYCentral.com along with the boys from the "disturbing the peace" show on ESPN 97.7 braved 8 wings, and finally determined the wings from Quaker Steak and Lube had the very hottest chicken wing. Lots of sweat, milk and nose blowing went into being a judge, but luckily nobody was seriously hurt.
