COOPERSTOWN (AP) -- The father and uncle of a central New York teen convicted of shooting a classmate have been charged with harassing the victim's family and others in the community through a website.

Anthony Pacherille (pih-chur-EHL-ee) said he and his brother, Angelo, were arraigned in Otsego County Court Wednesday. Pacherille said the charges stem from his brother's website, "Cooperstown Hall of Shame," which calls the shooting victim a bully and other people thugs.

Pacherille's teenage son, Anthony, was sentenced to 11 years in prison in July 2011 for shooting 17-year-old Wesley Lippitt, who was grazed by the bullet before Pacherille tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the chin.

Lippitt's mother, Tracey Lippitt, said Wednesday she decided to press charges against the Pacherilles because their website was "inflammatory and defaming."
