Ithaca Police made an arrest early Saturday morning, as a man was trying to crawl through a broken window
An Ithaca man is under arrest, after police found him trying to get into a building through a broken out window.
Ithaca Police say they were called to the 600 block of East Seneca Street just before 4am Saturday morning, after a neighbor called to report hearing glass breaking.
They established a perimeter, and then found the man...who they pulled from the window and arrested.
31 year old Evan Carroll, from Ithaca, is now charged with attempted burglary and criminal mischief. The investigation continues.
