Parish man charged after carrying shotgun into street

PARISH, NY -- A Parish man was arrested Thursday for allegedly walking into the street with a shotgun.

Eric J. Horning, 46, was arrested following a report of a burglary at his residence. Horning was following footprints to the intersection of Chapman Road and SR 69 while holding a shotgun, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.

Horning was charged with menacing. He was released on an appearance ticket.
