UTICA -- A teenage girl reported missing in Oneida County since November is found safe in Utica.
State Police say it was tips called in from area neighbors that led them to find Brittany Laclair, 17, on Friday.
Troopers had been searching for Laclair since November 21, the day before Thanksgiving.
They say she had runaway from her home in Prospect.
Her mom told police she talked with her daughter through a text message two days later, but hadn't seen her since.
