PULASKI -- A Pulaski man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday. Deputies say John M. Holbrook, 44, has had his license revoked on five separate occasions prior to this incident.

Holbrook was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, speed over the state speed limit, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Richland.

Deputies say Holbrook has had his license revoked on five separate occasions prior to his arrest; December of 1996 for driving with .10% or more alcohol in blood, January of 1989 for three speeding violations or misdemeanors within 18 months, and August of 1995, July of 1992, and April of 1989 for driving while intoxicated.

Holbrook was arraigned in the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail due to two prior felony convictions. Holbrook is scheduled to return to court on March 11.
