ALBANY (AP) -- Federal prosecutors say a 66-year-old upstate New York man has admitted to having thousands of images of child pornography on his computer.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Albany says Ronald Lovett of Niskayuna in Schenectady County pleaded guilty this week to one count of receiving child pornography.
Prosecutors say under a plea agreement, Lovett admitted to possessing at least 10,000 still and videos of child porn that he downloaded between June 2009 and February 2012.
He faces 5 to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in federal court in Albany on July 18.
