City of Utica declares snow emergency until further notice

UTICA -- The City of Utica has just declared a snow emergency for December 29th. Parking on the streets is not allowed after 10:00 pm.

Officials say any car on the street after that time will be ticketed and/or towed.

The snow emergency is in effect until further notice.
